To insure the success of these initiatives ONEComm will request and require reciprocal communication for the refinement of Scripting, FAQs, Prospect Profiles, Incremental Progress Follow-up Conference Calls, etc. ONEComm is dedicated to the continued development and refinement of the ONEComm Client Marketing Operations and supporting business processes for the optimal path for the development and transition of any and all data for the opportunities developed for our ONEComm Clients, and any and all necessary follow-up procedures to be supported in their execution.

ONEComm Provides Custom Applications Development for Scripting / Lead Profiling / Lead Scoring to deliver the best in Empirical Lead Qualification / Pipeline Support. ONEComm will design, code, and implement custom Scripting, Lead Profiling, and Lead Scoring with a tiered drop down for weighted responses to interrogative to best determine, need, time frames, budgets, and overall "fit" as an aid for prioritization of resources for Technical / Sales follow-up.

ONE Communications will cooperatively develop with your Marketing and Sales Lead persons to develop an agreed up script, prospect profile, lead scoring, qualifying criteria, reporting and delivery protocols, for our use and information in the development and the execution this program. Our Scripting / Profile format and templates will give your Sales Representatives a clear "Snap Shot" of Prospect Data for Contact, Project Requirements, RFIs, RFPs, & POs etc. ONE Communications Business Development and Account Management Staff will be available for the specific development of these documents, which are to be signed off as the approved program procedures for what will constitute an Event Registration, Lead, Phone or Onsite Appointments, etc. The projected production, close rates, and costs will be finalized by the mutual acceptance of the qualifying criteria per these documents, which will be attachments to the signed agreement.

A "Prospect Profile" is the series of questions ranging from confirmation and update of contact information to determining Prospect business model as well as manufacturing, accounting, and distribution needs. Their current IT / Procurement Applications & Processes, IT Environment / Objectives / Current Solutions or Requirements for Manufacturing, Accounting and Inventory Tracking systems budget, time-frame, business issues driving changes, key contacts and their preference for the means of follow up, etc. The development of a Prospect Profile is based a compilation of these agendas, the Client's average customer profile, the target Prospect for this Program (List Source Criteria), and the point of inception budgets and IT requirements for your products and services (Qualifying Criteria).
